Peer Support Services of WNY
We provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for individuals seeking support from those with lived mental health experience. By fostering community, empathy, and understanding, our goal is to empower individuals on their journey toward wellness. Our services include peer support groups, one-on-one peer mentoring, crisis support, and educational workshops, all delivered by certified peer specialists.

How Peer Services Help Our Clients
Our purpose is to provide clients with support regardless of their therapeutic situation or stage of recovery. Many clients with SUD and/or mental health conditions begin their journey with limited means and/or access to treatment. Our business provides a free or low-cost option of care. Often times, the only obstacle preventing clients from accessing peer services is a lack of exposure to this treatment option.
Why Clinicians Should Leverage Peer Services
Clinicians who sub-contract with peer support specialists aren’t just being inclusive—they’re being strategic. Peer services are a high-impact, low-cost way to enhance care, increase revenue, reduce stress, and grow sustainably.
- Increase Profitability
- Reduce Stress for Clinicians

Why Clinicians Should Sub-contract with an Independent Peer Specialist Organization
It’s important for clinicians—especially those running private practices, group practices, or behavioral health agencies—to sub-contract with independent peer specialists because they bring unique value that improves client outcomes, boosts business efficiency, and supports clinician well-being.
You Are Not Alone!
Data indicates that the best path to recovery and well-being is through a comprehensive treatment that combines multiple levels of support. Professional therapy, whether one on one with independent clinicians or in a group setting such as outpatient rehab led by a licensed counselor, is an integral component of every treatment plan.
However, clients will often need more guidance, support or accountability than a licensed therapist is able to provide. When clients are faced with a mental health crisis it is very rarely occurring at a “convenient time” or during regular office hours and they are usually redirected to an emergency room or crisis services which may be incredibly costly and offer a “one size fits all” level of care that often under or over serve the individual, sometimes worsening their conditions.
This is where we come in. Our company is able to provide coaching and support on a flexible time table. We are able to connect clients with a peer based on personal situation, mental health needs and recovery goals. Once connected, our peers have the ability to meet with clients at any time of the day or night. This means they will be able to go with clients to appointments, take them to support meetings, or assist in times of crisis occurring outside of business hours.
Where Can I Find You?
Our office goes where you go. Our peers want to help our clients begin to live and thrive in the real world which means that’s where recovery should start. Coffee shops, 12-step meetings, the botanical garden; the location matters less than the conversation.
